Workshop Outline

Opening Circle

Kundalini Yoga            krista

Kundalini Yoga is a science that works quickly to give you grace, balance, and most of all, the ability to stay calm, centered and clear through life’s challenges. You can ultimately come to understand your existence in relationship to the universe, and understand you already ARE! This brings you to the practical experience of infinity.

Mandala Creations

Spontaneous Mandalas are quick tools that work like magic to help us easily identify our blocks and access our intuition for what we need to move forward. A perfect way to set your New Year’s intentions.

Labyrinth Walking Meditation        labyrinth

Contrary to popular belief, labyrinths are not mazes, but tools for spiritual transformation and growth. Used by many cultures across the world, they are a unique and beautiful way to help light your path so you can move towards freedom.

Mantra            shannon

Mantras are sacred sounds that have specific vibrational qualities that can transform your thoughts, words, actions, habits and even your LIFE!  We will be chanting (out loud and silently) over the actual countdown, and the sacred sounds will begin to change our magnetic field as we enter the new year with beautiful new vibrations.

Ecstatic Dance:

A fun, wild, and meditative experience where you move your body to rhythm and sound free from judgment or social inhibition.  After an evening of intention and soulful reflection, let yourself let go to experience freedom, peace, love, and joy!  No dance experience necessary, and guidance will be provided to help release any inhibitions.
