SOUND YOGA Advanced 300 hr Yoga Teacher Training:
Materials required

What you’ll need to complete this training:
- Your own personal selection of sacred sound instruments (minimum requirement is the “Basic Instrument Set” - see below)
- Printed copy of your Sound Wisdom YTT Manual
- Writing and Craft Kit: Lined Paper, Blank paper, coloured craft paper if you wish, pens, pencils, pencil/crayons/markers
- Yoga Mat
- Large Bolster (or a 2nd Yoga Mat)
- 4 Yoga Blocks (minimum)
- 2-3 personal blankets
ADDITIONAL ONLINE REQUIREMENTS:
We will be using the following FREE platforms: YouTube and Teachable Courses.
Please be sure you have prior access to YouTube and Teachable.
You will need access to a printer to print out the PDFS and WORKSHEETS
*If recording yourself is something you are interested in doing after graduation, you may wish to purchase a good quality microphone now, to enhance your own student experience in this program (but this is not required).
PERSONAL INSTRUMENT KITS
*ALL YTT students receive a whole video and pdf section in our course on how to choose your instruments for you own budget and needs.
Students can purchase their instruments from anyone - and there are sometimes some good options on ebay, amazon, and kijiji, for all budgets, but I will also suggest some high quality distributors I can personally recommend.
PLEASE NOTE: although I provide some tips and information on choosing instruments, I myself do not sell instruments. Therefore, students are ultimately responsible for acquiring and choosing their own instruments.
However, within the training videos themselves, I offer tons of suggestions to help EVERY STUDENT to make the most out of the instruments they already have. :)

3+ Tibetan Singing Bowls:
Bowls #1 and #2 make a pleasant interval - ie a 4, 5th or 8th
Bowls #1 and #3 make a dissonant interval - ie a 2, or a 7.
